1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Ideal-M, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Ideal-M on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. The service
Ideal-M is a creative operating system for marketers and ad creators. The service includes tools for generating, analyzing, organizing, and exporting creative assets, campaign ideas, copy, video workflows, and performance-oriented insights.
Some features rely on third-party services, including authentication providers, AI model providers, hosting and storage providers, and connected advertising platforms such as Meta or TikTok when you choose to connect them.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to promptly update it when needed.
You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the service, other users, or third-party systems.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Ideal-M to:
- Violate any law, regulation, platform policy, or third-party right
- Create, upload, or distribute unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing content
- Misrepresent the source, sponsorship, or endorsement of generated content
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, data, or integrations without permission
- Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, or compromise the service
- Use automated scraping, abuse, or rate-limit circumvention without our permission
- Submit sensitive personal data unless the feature clearly supports that use
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload, submit, create, or connect to Ideal-M, including creative assets, prompts, copy, campaign information, and media files ("User Content").
You grant Ideal-M a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use User Content as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service and to operate the features you request.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to use and submit User Content, including any rights needed for advertising, marketing, and AI-assisted processing.
6. AI-generated output
Ideal-M may generate copy, analysis, recommendations, images, videos, scripts, and other output using third-party AI providers. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to output generated for others, or unsuitable for your intended use.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all output before publishing, exporting, or using it in campaigns. You are also responsible for confirming that output complies with applicable laws, advertising rules, platform policies, and brand guidelines.
7. Third-party integrations
If you connect third-party accounts or APIs, you authorize Ideal-M to access, process, and store the data needed to provide the connected features. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the third parties' own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their data practices, or changes to their APIs, policies, permissions, or pricing. You can disconnect supported integrations from Settings inside the app.
8. Ownership of Ideal-M
Ideal-M, including its software, interface, workflows, documentation, templates, design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you any ownership interest in Ideal-M.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal business or personal creative workflows.
9. Beta features and availability
Ideal-M may include experimental, beta, or preview features. These features may change, break, produce unexpected results, or be removed at any time.
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including to perform maintenance, address security issues, comply with law, or respond to third-party platform changes.
10. Fees and paid features
If Ideal-M offers paid plans, usage-based features, or paid add-ons, applicable fees, billing terms, and limits will be presented before purchase or activation. You agree to pay all charges you authorize.
Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using Ideal-M at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data as described in our Data Deletion Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service or others, or used the service in a way that may violate law or third-party platform policies.
12. Disclaimers
Ideal-M is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that generated output will meet your requirements.
Ideal-M does not provide legal, financial, tax, compliance, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals when needed.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ideal-M and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use Ideal-M in the three months before the claim or USD $100.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ideal-M and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your User Content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of laws, platform policies, or third-party rights.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
